Hi, I’m Luca Santoro, a pizza maker from Calabria, Italy. I’ve been making pizza since I was a child when I would watch my mother and grandfather make pizzas in our family restaurant. I would help them by making pizza boxes, stretching the dough and adding toppings, which became one of my favorite activities.

As a passionate pizza lover and expert, I’ve spent countless hours perfecting the art of pizza making. Over the years, I’ve experimented with dough recipes, sauce blends, and topping combinations to create unforgettable pies. From classic Neapolitan-style pizza to New York thin pies, I’ve explored it all and honed my skills to create pizzas that are a cut above the rest.
