Although maintaining that high-end temperature can be a bit tricky, aiming for around 370°C to 400°C worked flawlessly for a New York or Roman-style pizza.

What impressed us was the speed at which this oven reaches its cooking temperature—approximately 35 minutes. In half an hour, we successfully cooked seven 8-inch and 10-inch pizzas. The results were pleasing: crisp bases with fluffy edges, and each pizza was finished to perfection.

Easy to Use and Clean

One of the significant benefits of gas-powered cooking is the ease of use compared to traditional wood-fired methods. While it’s true that gas cooking may lack the unique smoky flavor characteristic of a wood oven, the increased controllability and simplicity are major advantages. A sleek gas control knob and a battery-powered LCD screen displaying the stone’s temperature add to the user-friendly experience.

Once your cooking is done, cleaning the removable 20mm thick cordierite stone is a breeze, making it a practical choice for frequent use.
