During her time there, Becker used the opportunity to experiment, refine her menu, and understand customer preferences. “We were able to test to find out what worked and didn’t work, and know what we were capable of doing,” she remarked. Now, with the transition to a free-standing, counter-service location, Becker aims to showcase her brand’s full potential.

This vibrant eatery will feature an extensive menu that marries the bold flavors of Indian cuisine with a classic American favorite—pizza. Patrons can look forward to mouthwatering options such as chili paneer and tandoori chicken pizzas. For wing lovers, selections like spicy mango chili and habanero lemon pepper tandoori wings will be available to tantalize taste buds. There’s something for everyone, with bowls, masala fries, and samosas adding to the diverse offerings.

The restaurant will also house Bhojanic Market, an exciting section filled with grab-and-go items. In a rapidly shifting food scene at Politan Row, other recent openings include Sahirah Kebab and Curry and Delilah’s Everyday Soul, alongside established tenants like Pretty Little Tacos and Zaddy’s. Tandoori Pizza and Wings will surely add a tantalizing twist to the area’s diverse culinary repertoire.
